Can I return my merchandise purchased from Kookie Kake Plates?
Absolutely. Any Items Purchased from Kookie Kake Plates can be returned. If you
are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just return the merchandise unused
in its original packaging, insured for the price paid, along with your name, address
and reason for return within 30 days of the date received. If item arrives broken,
Kookie Kake Plates is not responsible. No Exceptions Will Be Made after 30 Days
of Receipt. A refund will be issued for the total purchase price of items returned
as soon as items are received by Kookie Kake Plates. Shipping fees will not be
refunded.
What is Kookie Kake Plates' policy for replacing damaged merchandise?
Kookie Kake Plates carefully packs and insures all orders, however in the event
that you receive broken or damaged goods please call us at 1-201-791-9024 or click
here to complete a 'Question
About an Order' form immediately so that we may file a claim with UPS to retrieve
the damaged goods. Damaged Merchandise Must Be Reported Within 30 Days of Receipt.
Please be sure to retain the damaged goods in its original packaging for UPS inspection
for at least 10 business days.
Do You Gift Wrap?
No. Due to the nature of our careful packaging, we are unable to gift wrap. We
will be happy to include a gift card if requested.
What is the shipping fee?
For items shipped in the Continental US, Kookie Kake Plates offers free shipping
on orders $100.00 and above. Shipping charges for orders under $100 are listed
with each Cake Plate, when you complete the order form. All orders are shipped
UPS ground unless otherwise requested. We are no longer offering International
Shipping.
What is the shipping time for orders placed?
Kookie Kake Plates makes every effort to ship within seven days. If we are unable
to fulfill any part of your order our liability is limited to the refund of any
monies you may have already paid us for the undelivered goods.
I did not receive my merchandise that Kookie Kake Plates shipped?
If for any reason you do not receive your order that has been shipped, contact
Kookie Kake Plates as soon as possible. We will contact UPS to launch an investigation.
Since all items shipped are insured, if UPS has lost the package, they will pay
for the replacement. Once the investigation is complete, Kookie Kake Plates will
ship a replacement. It is very important that you contact us immediately. Please

When am I charged for my order?
The customer is charged once the order is processed by Kookie Kake Plates.

We have never had a customer report any type of security issue in processing their
